The Integrations section in Meteroid allows you to connect with various external systems, including payment providers, CRM platforms, and accounting systems. These integrations help streamline billing, payment processing, customer management, and financial reconciliation. To set up an integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations, select the system you want to connect, and follow the setup instructions.

Managing a payment provider connection

Each payment provider connection is listed in Settings > Integrations, with its status, the payment methods it supports, and a Manage button. A connection can have one of the following statuses:
  • Draft: the setup was started but not finished. Your progress is saved: click Resume setup to finish it, or Discard draft to remove it. A draft is never used for payments.
  • Active: the connection can be used to collect payments.
  • Disabled: no new payments are collected through it (see below).
Click Manage to open the connection. From there, you can:
  • Check the connection: Meteroid asks the provider whether the stored credentials still work, and shows when this was last checked. If the provider rejects them, the connection is flagged with Invalid credentials.
  • Update credentials: replace the keys (e.g. after rotating them in the provider’s dashboard) without disconnecting. A field left blank keeps the stored value.
  • See the payment methods enabled on your provider account, the webhook setup, and what the connection is used by (invoicing entities, subscriptions, Customers with saved payment methods).

Disable a connection

Click Disable connection to stop using a provider without deleting it:
  • No new payments are started: subscriptions using it are no longer charged automatically, and their invoices stay open for manual payment.
  • Customers can’t add new payment methods through it.
  • Payments already in progress still settle, and refunds still work.
Click Enable to use it again. Meteroid first checks the credentials with the provider.

Delete a connection

Click Delete connection to remove it from Meteroid:
  • It is removed from Integrations and from the payment routing of your invoicing entities.
  • The stored credentials are wiped.
  • Customers’ saved payment methods from this connection are hidden.
  • Invoices, payments and refunds keep their history.
💡 Note: A connection can’t be deleted while payments are still in progress through it. Disable it first to stop new charges, then delete it once they have settled (direct debits usually take up to 5 business days).
